Mountain Escapes' primary service is the management of vacation rental properties. The company does not currently own any of its own properties, however manages the properties of those owned by individuals all across the nation. This management service includes a multitude of different vital tasks to the upkeep of the property, such as marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services/aid, and security.
The company also offers a "Tenant Screening" service to property owners who seek to rent their establishments on a long-term basis. This service entails the use of our expertise in the housing industry to screen applicants to see if they would be qualified tenants for your property. Mountain Escapes does not manage long term properties, but can, through our tenant screening service, provide possible qualified tenants for your property.
Service Area
Mountain Escapes currently maintains a broad service area. The company's seeks properties that are nearby three primary attractions - The Ocoee River, The Hiwassee River (Tennessee), and the town of Blue Ridge, Georgia. To maintain properties near these attractions, the company manages lodging facilities as far south as Cherry Log, Georgia, as far east as Morganton, Georgia, as far west as Benton, Tennessee, and as far north as Reliance, Tennessee.
