Mountain Escapes Property Management, Inc. was founded on the principles of personal service and professional management. Specializing in Vacation Rental Management in the Polk County (Tennessee)/Fannin County (Georgia) area, they hope to provide quality rental accommodations to area visitors. The company was founded upon the principle of taking pride in the relationships developed both with owners and our guests, and valuing people. That's still their mantra.

Mountain Escapes (which we often call ME), opened its doors in October of 2002 on Main Street in Ducktown, Tennessee. In order to provide better service to both owners and guests, the company was moved in February of 2004 to its present location roughly a tenth of a mile away, in the Historic Burra Burra Mining District. The company has remained there since.

Family owned and operated since its inception, ME has progressed under the leadership of it's President and Property Manager, Bryan McMillian. Like all businesses, it has weathered its fair share of dark times, but still stands proudly in its sixth year of business, looking forward to a changing but hopeful future.

ME prides itself on it's measures towards quality customer service. In other words, they want their guests to have an enjoyable experience, and has taken several steps to ensure that. One of the primary means of doing that is through improved communication. Whether it be courtesy calling, follow-up emails, discussing wants and needs with a prospective guest, the ME staff tries its best to make their guests "Escape to the Mountains" as smooth and comfortable as possible. Through proactive communication and a sincere desire to help people, ME strives to provide "First Rate" customer service to its clientele.
