There are many management companies out there. Obviously, we're all vying for the privelege of managing your mountain vacation cabin rental.

- The First-Choice Rental Agency in the Ocoee River Area. While other companies market the Ocoee as a
sideline attraction, that is our primary market. We are the the largest management company headquartered in Polk County*.
- We are Family Owned and Operated, and have been since 2002. That means that this business is more than
just business, it's a way of life. We live, eat, and breathe our work.
- We are home-based. That means that we are more available to our guests (and prospective guests) than arguably most other management companies, and are in position to provide quicker responses to issues that may arise.
- We believe that if it's in-house, than it can be better managed. That's why our cleaning personnel are hand-picked and supervised by our Property Managers. We supply them with materials, personally train them, and conduct random, rigorous inspections of their work to ensure consistent and quality performance in keeping up your property.
- We recognize that rental cabins in this area are serious investments, and we take significant measures towards their upkeep and condition while trying to help you absorb costs through rentlal income.
- Our management fee (percentage of rental) is currently less than virtually all of our competitors in the area, giving you more net for each rental.
- Our management team is very involved in the community and promoting the area's tourism economy. We are proud and honored to actively serve on several local boards and committees.
* There are other management companies who do have rental properties in Polk County, but these companies are based out of neighboring counties.
Our Marketing Approach 
We believe that our marketing approach is both formidable and diversified. However, in a constantly changing economy and dynamic marketplace, our formula for
success is never complete. On a monthly basis, we evaluate and re-evaluate our strategy in hopes of seeking continued improvement. While we obviously won't
reveal our exact strategy here in front of you, here is some of what we do:
- Development of an attractive, easy-to-navigate website that is both user-friendly and search-engine friendly. Our website is complete with detailed
information and photos of each cabin, information and links to various enjoyable attractions and activities in the area, and resources for both prospective
and incoming guests.
- An aggressive search-engine marketing approach that, through honest and ethical means, achieve high ranking with effective search terms that will attract
"the right" guests to our website, and furthermore, to your cabin.
- Fostering meaningful relationships with other businesses in the community catering to area visitors. Whether it be attractions, real estate agents,
community organizations, or even our competitors, we try our best to work together for the benefit of our property owners and our customer base.
- Selective marketing through both print and online tourism/area publications and directories
- Individualized efforts towards maintaining and growing our customer base through effective and considerate means of correspondence
- Development of designed discount programs to entice quality tenants
What is Comprehensive Management?
We believe that our management is "comprehensive". By that, we mean that by managing your cabin, we handle all of the details of renting and taking care of your program. We have designed our methods of doing business to try to be proactive in handling your property, leaving as little on your shoulders as possible. In managing your cabin, we handle all of the following (and then some):
- Inquiries, Reservations, and Check-Ins
- Cancellations
- Accounting and Sales Taxes
- Cabin Cleaning and State-Compliant Sanitation after every guest from our hand-picked, self-trained, competent cleaning staff
- Repair and Maintenance
- After-Stay inspections to check for broken or damaged items in the property
- Periodical evaluations of your property's condition and rental success in search of improvement
- Marketing of your property on our website and through land-based advertising (see Marketing Approach Above)
