Reservation Policy
The Minimum Stay varies amongst the properties. Ask a member of the office staff for more info.
• Standard Payment Policy: The reservation rate for the first night of your stay is the required deposit and is charged to your Credit Card. Additional Nights, Sales Tax, and the Cleaning Fee are due upon arrival, and can be paid with Credit Card, Cash, Check, or Money Order. Guests can exercise the option of paying the entire balance up front on their credit card if they wish, however. If you wish to pay in some way different than the standard policy, that can be discussed at the time of reservation. A Valid Credit Card is required to be on file with us for all reservations for damage liability, even if you pay with check or cash (11/23/05)
• If you are sending a check, it will only be accepted if it is sent 2 weeks in advance. Your balance is due at check in. No personal checks at check in, please. Please make out checks or money orders to Mountain Escapes Property Management.

• We Accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
• Walk-Ins are welcome, but can only be acommodated on a space-available basis.


Cancellation Policy
30 Days or more before scheduled check-in date: 100% Refund (minus a $10 processing fee)
• 29-15 days before scheduled check-in date: 50% refund
• 14-8 Days before scheduled check-in date: 25% refund
• 7-2 days before scheduled check-in date: deposit forfeited.
• Within 48 Hours of scheduled check-in date: Total rental except for the cleaning fee will be charged. No postponements will be granted for this time period.
• If you Cancel within 24 Hours from the time you reserved, you will receive a 100% Refund minus a $10 processing fee, no matter what the time frame is.
• We retain the right not to give refunds due to weather conditions, power outages, Acts of God, or early departures.

Postponements/Advancements are granted in special situations in which you are certain you are going to stay with us, however just do not know when (I.E. Hurricane victims, family crisis, etc...) As of this time, we do not charge for these actions, however your new dates are subject to that property's availability, of course. We retain the right at any time to deny a postponement, and we also retain the right to limit the time period it takes for the postponing client to determine a new arrival date.


Eviction Policy
• Staying in a cabin is a privilege, not a right.
• We do not tolerate wild and loud guests, or any guests who cause disturbances to their neighbors.
• We retain the right to evict any guest that is disturbing the neighbors or harming the property. We expect you and the people in your group to abide by the rental rules agreement you or someone in your group signed.
• If we or any local authorities receive complaints about you from neighbors, we will remove you and your group from the property without any refund.
• Please be aware that these cabins are not party houses. Thank you.
