We really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the river. We even ate every meal outside because it was so relaxing. The fire pit was perfectly positioned next to the river. With just enough comfortable seating for four. At night we took a walk taking a right out of our driveway going down the dirt road a little star gazing we noticed hundreds of beautiful lightening bugs that had us mesmerized for a bit due to its sheer beauty.

This cabin is everything we were looking for in our vacation spot! Quiet and secluded with all of the scenery that a mountain getaway should include. The pictures of the cabin do not do it justice with how cozy and quaint the space actually is. The fire pit by the creek provided us with the perfect nightly unwind from the days activities as we enjoyed our locally crafted wines that we purchased from the surrounding vineyards. The grill on the screened in porch along with the wood burning fireplace inside the cabin were everything that we needed on a stormy night to still enjoy ourselves despite the weather. This little slice of paradise in the mountains is perfect for a budget friendly escape from reality!

"Very cozy Cabin! Can be a little difficult to find if you miss a turn like I did! Had a nice quiet time once I found it and the description and pictures are accurate. There are a few cabins around but it is very private and secluded. Hope to stay again!"

The cabin was just what my husband and I needed to celebrate our first year of marriage in. We spent most of the daylight time hiking and enjoying nature and at night cuddled up on the couch near the fire and read. It was very peaceful and romantic. Thank you, Bryan- Michaela J

This is a wonderful cabin. It is just what my friends and I needed for a weekend away in nature. The cabin is perfectly appointed and its SO CUTE. There is a big spiral staircase and plenty of room to hang out. You can read a book in front of the fire while sitting in a rocking chair. What else do you need? There was also plenty of fresh firewood for us to use. Bryan was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend, would return. Jillian E

This cabin is perfect for a quiet, romantic or relaxing getaway! Nestled along a gravel road, it sits almost on top of a bustling creek (maybe even a small river) that you can hear/see from virtually anywhere on the property- inside or out. It has all the amenities youll need, along with a rustic charm to it. Bryan, the host, was extremely responsive, very polite and fantastic to work with. We had a minor issue that was our fault and he was very patient, courteous and understanding. On our ride home, my family would not stop talking about making this our post-holiday annual retreat. I would/will book this cabin again in a heartbeat. Jake A

Just finished my stay in this cabin for a New Years weekend. The place was perfect and just as described, very quiet and quaint and with all the wood interior really had a woodsy cabin feel. It was pretty remote (off dirt/gravel roads) and a bit difficult to find even with the written directions, but to be fair I also arrived at night which did not help. Despite that, the location was actually quite convenient; the town of Blue Ridge was just a short drive with access to grocery store gas stations restaurants and anything else you could need. The cabin itself was meticulous and exactly what was pictured. I was staying alone with just my dog, but it was definitely spacious enough for 3-4 people. The fireplace was a great feature since I was visiting in winter, and I had it going almost every night to cozy up to with a book. Although the other heater still kept the place plenty warm when the wood fire was not burning. I also loved the outdoor space; having the porch overlooking the cree
